	General We would like to present the automated management system for dental clinics created by PT. The program gives the opportunity to realize a complete electronic management of all the processes and activities in dental field without spending much efforts and time. It includes a full and detailed account of therapeutic processes, accounting and activities related to patients in dental clinics. The flexible subsystem of accounting in the project will enable you not only to control the financial flow and the dynamics of the work done, but also to have a reliable base for statistical analysis. Having been implemented in many institutions in Yerevan the system has been enhanced and adapted to the demands of the client, thus resulting in a stable systemized software support which already realizes the following functions.

Staff accounting, Patient registration and listing, Bloc for creating names of diseases, Accounting of treatment methods and pricelist, Registration of diagnosis, Complete accounting of treatment. The opportunity to view and print out patient’s medical card, Search for any data about patients.		Monetary accounts (bank, cash register), Cash in, cash out, cash flow, Accounting of expanses also by separate groups, Payment from the patient, payment to a doctor, Definition of currency rate, money exchange.

Accomplished work report, Patients’ liability report, Clinic’s income report. Document arrangement and printing.		The monthly service permits to realize Technical update and improvements, Training and consulting, Database archiving, Database recovery, Review and implementation of offers, System reissue.
